Terms and Fees:

Organs offered through the Organ Clearing House are available "as is, where is." The purchaser of an organ will assume responsibility for its removal. Organ Clearing House crews are available to provide dismantling, packing, and shipping services. The Organ Clearing House receives a "Finder's Fee" for arranging the sale of an organ. That fee is $1200 or 5% of the purchase price of an organ, whichever is greater. The Finder's Fee is paid by the purchaser at the time of the sale.

You do not accept any financial liability simply by answering this questionnaire - you would be liable for our fee if, and only if you decide to purchase any organ about which we have supplied you information.

Other arrangements can be made in special circumstances.

Click "Yes" to indicate that you understand these conditions.
